The engagement period should be romantic and fun but when taking on the responsibility of planning your wedding this can be overshadowed by the long hours spent on the work involved in planning such an important event. With the help of our professionally trained staff we can take the stress out of planning and let you focus on what is most important, your love for one another.

With our guidance through the planning process we can bring all of your ideas together and create the celebration you have been dreaming of. Not sure what you need yet? We offer several packages to either start the process and get you on the right track, to helping you down the aisle the day of. We can customize our packages to fit your specific needs below are a sample of our current packages.

Full Wedding Planning and Coordination Package

This package is designed for the couple who want someone to help them through the entire planning process from start to finish. This package provides assistance in creating and planning a wedding that is uniquely your own, and someone to make sure their dream day will go well. The Cost of this service is a percentage of your wedding budget with a minimum charge of $1000.

Day-of Wedding Coordination Package

This packages includes a wedding coordinator and the coordinators assistant.

You will meet with your coordinator prior to the wedding to set up a personalized time line. Your coordinator will attend the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding the coordinator will shadow the bridal party making sure all appointments are attended on time and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your wedding coordinators assistant will make sure vendors (cake, DJ, decorator, florist etc…) arrive on time and are completing their specific tasks. We will also contact them the week before the wedding to confirm your booking. The assistant will set out items that you have purchased. Example: Guest book, photos, Easels, rose petals… During the reception the coordinator will take care of any problems that arise and will be in communication with the venue staff. There is a flat fee for this service of $500.

Reception Coordination Package

Your wedding coordinator will arrive at the reception site prior to your reception and will be available until the reception starts. Your wedding coordinator will make sure vendors (cake, DJ, decorator, florist etc…) arrive on time and are completing their specific tasks. During this time the vendor may set out items that you have purchased(example: Guest book, photos, Easels, rose petals…). We will also contact your reception vendors prior to the event to confirm your booking. There is a flat fee for this service of $300.
